I first met Nick when we were thinking about selling another property we owned in Newport

Beach. While the family ultimately decided not to sell, I was immediately impressed with Nick’s

professionalism, knowledge and, most importantly, his energy level and willingness to go way

beyond the ordinary. Being a real estate broker and a shopping center developer for over 40

years, I was well-aware of the qualities of a good real estate broker.
